The Congregational Care Team ministers to those in need, both within and beyond our community of faith, by offering compassion, comfort and care. The ministry team visits members who are homebound, in assisted living facilities, hospitalized, and those in rehab and skilled nursing facilities. The ministry also offers prayers, sends cards, delivers meals and provides transportation for those in our greater church family who are facing loss, health challenges and other difficult situations.
