SPC plant bed volunteers and others who would like to help are invited to get a head start on weeding and preparing SPC’s new pine straw beds for the benefit of our plants and shrubs invaded by drought, insects and those pesky weeds. The SPC Building & Grounds Ministry will be purchasing bales of pine straw on March 19 to help with the job. They will be keeping an inventory of bales throughout the next two weeks through the work day on March 29.
